Disney world mickey mouse house
The first time we stayed at the ASM, we did so at Indy’s request because he saw the Toy Story buildings online and HAD to stay there (I was planning the Caribbean Beach). When we go to WDW, we either stay at the Caribbean Beach (James Bond and I stayed there on our honeymoon) and get the new pirate themed rooms (truly awesome) or if we’re feeling budget minded, the All Star Movies Resort and request the Toy Story Buildings (Indy’s favorite). I would have let someone know, especially about the outlets and changed rooms (free or not). We stayed at the Yacht Cub once and the room was in perfect condition. You can see my tour of Mickey’s house, too.
Pluto’s dog house is out back behind the two houses, complete with his bowl and bone:Ī backyard path leads from the two houses to a place where you can meet Minnie and Mickey in person. When you open it, you see that Minnie has stocked it with nothing but cheese. So many kids love it, in fact, that it’s a challenge to get good photos of the rooms. You’re allowed to sit on Minnie’s chairs and open her fridge, and the kids love it. Unlike Mickey’s house, Minnie’s has no barriers blocking you from the rooms. The whole place was packed from wall to wall with squealing little girls, including mine! It’s like a giant cartoon playhouse come to life. This house is little-girl paradise, lemme tell ya. Up above shows part of the small apartment that Walt Disney himself stayed in with his family when they would need a break from the hustle and bustle of the park.Yesterday we took a peek inside Mickey Mouse’s house in Disney’s Toontown Fair, so today I thought I’d show you the pink and purple cottage Minnie lives in right next door. The backside of the ornament shows off the firehouse interior on the lower floor, with Pluto waiting by the door to greet guests. This captures the likeness of the Fire Department on Main Street at Disneyland.

The latest addition to the Disney Park landmark ornament series is the Disneyland Fire Department. However, my personal favorite part of Minnie’s house, which is not featured here, was watching the cake bake in the kitchen, only for it to topple down again. Most notable is her vanity that’s always lit up when you stop by. Inside of Minnie’s house on the back side of the ornament, you can find a few classic nods to the real life house in Toontown.
#Disney world mickey mouse house windows
The crookedness of the overhang and the heart-shaped windows are shown here as well. Minnie’s house here is true to Disneyland’s Toontown house, following the same architectural styles and capturing it in an ornament. On the other side of the ornament features the interior of Mickey’s home. We spotted these earlier this week in Disneyland at the Castle Holiday Shoppe and we’re glad to see they’ve made their way to Walt Disney World, with a new edition to the collection!
